We’ve recreated a traditional fermented soda, with a refreshing ginger zing.
Spring water, sweet potatoes, organic sugar, organic ginger, allspice, cardamon, nutmeg.
Sweet Potato Fly is lacto-fermented, a process that converts the natural starches and sugars of ginger and sweet potatoes to lactic acid (not the same as lactose) by naturally occurring, good bacteria: lactobacilli. The results are delicious and rich in healthful probiotic nutrients and enzymes.
