A flavourful pesto starring one of spring’s most iconic and ephemeral offerings.


Sustainably-harvested wild leeks, Cape Vessey (hard goat cheese by Fifth Town Artisan Cheese), basil, sunflower seeds, sunflower oil, lemon juice, sea salt.

Delicious and rich on hot pasta & pasta salads, tossed with roasted vegetables, worked into burgers and meatballs, on pizza.


Combine 1 Tbsp of pesto with 2 Tbsp neutral oil such as grapeseed or safflower oil and brush to finish steak, chicken or fish.
